Who we are
New Car Superstore is an auto brokerage company based in Oxnard, California, licensed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. We help clients source and lease new vehicles from our network of franchise dealers. This site shows real inventory and pricing so you can shop before you buy.
Broker fee
We charge a broker fee of $399 for our service, payable at the time of delivery of your new vehicle. Your sales agent will provide a detailed statement of the broker fee along with any other charges, such as delivery or shipping fees. Multi-car and repeat-client discounts may apply — ask your sales agent for details.
Refund policy
Under California law there is no cooling-off period on new cars, so the broker fee is non-refundable. A vehicle cannot be returned later for any reason, and we do not offer refunds for our service.
Pricing & general disclosure
All figures shown on this site are estimates only. The actual selling price may vary based on market conditions and is subject to change at any time without notice. Monthly payments are based on credit approval from a lender and price approval from the dealer partner; not everyone will qualify. Advertised pricing excludes taxes, which vary by California jurisdiction and are added to the payment. Pictures are for demonstration purposes only. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors.
